Banana Cupcakes

Used my leftover ripe bananas to make some banana cupcakes. On top Cream Cheese Icing!

Cherry Cola Cupcakes

This by far was the most fun cupcake I have made. Devil's food cake with bits of Marishino cherries in it along with some cherry cola (of course) The icing was a buttercream icing mixed with Marshmallow creme. And of course chocoloate dipped Marishino cherries for the top. Not only do they look good, they taste GREAT!

Key Lime Cupcakes

I made these for my friend Janel's 40th Birthday party. The green on top is actually a custard like filling with lime juice. SO good! I then put a little dab of vanilla butter cream icing on top of that. Yellow cake is the base.

Rootbeer Float Cupcakes

I had a blast making these for my friend Janel's 40th Birthday party. LOTS of rootbeer. I used rootbeer to flavor the cake batter and rootbeer extract to flavor the icing. They turned out really good!
